Coaching for Lifestyle and Nutrition

Ayurveda and Yoga Psychology are the base of my coaching.  In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The knowledge/science of Life.”

 

I am a guide on how to make lifestyle and nutritional changes to create and maintain balance. We start by understanding your unique constitution and work towards bringing you to a place of balance.  We do this by creating an individual plan to integrate mindfulness into your life.  You will learn how to understand your relationship with your body and food. How to do shadow work, meal planning, meal prep and create a daily routine to keep you coming back to balance.
